About Me
My interest in this field comes from lived experience.
Counselling was not widely known,
and stigma and fears surrounding mental health still exist today.
I believe we should have at least one trusted person,
whether in a personal or professional setting,
who supports our life journey and has our best interests at heart.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about the counselling process.
Prior to counselling,
I worked for years in the following fields:
Child & Youth Care
Client Services & Coaching
Social Work
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Suicidology

Treatment Areas
Work-Life Challenges & Balance
Self-Identity & Cultural Beliefs
Somatic & Mind-Body Connection
Counselling Values

For the counselling relationship,
connection & trust are essential.
I bring empathy, genuine curiosity & humour
within an accepting space, free of negative judgment.
This intentional conversation aims to support self-acceptance,
creating room for growth, healing or change.
1-1 Counselling for:
Youth (15+)
I support youth in navigating healthy relationships, mental health, family dynamics, self-identity, and life challenges. I have experience working with youth from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those experiencing trauma, self-harm, substance use, and suicidal thoughts or behaviours.
Together, we can build hope, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Early Adulthood
Early adulthood can bring significant personal, professional, relational, and existential changes. I provide an accepting and curious space to explore identity, self-esteem, relationships, mental health, attachment, school and career transitions, and other life challenges.
Adults 30+
I support adults navigating stress from work and life, mental health concerns, grief and loss, family and relationship challenges, life transitions, career and employment, identity and bicultural experiences, substance use, attachment patterns, and past or childhood experiences.
I invite you to ask questions during an introduction call. We can discuss whether working together feels like the right fit, or if I can help connect you with resources that may better meet your needs.
